Ticket Information

The Grand Casino Arena Box Office is located in the main lobby at the southeast entrance of Grand Casino Arena (Gate 1).

Monday – Friday from noon - 5 p.m.
Closed Saturday and Sunday.

Box Office Summer Hours (May 18 through Labor Day)
Monday from noon - 5 p.m.
Closed Tuesday – Sunday.

Event Days
Open four hours prior to ticketed event time.

Only credit card payment is accepted for box office transactions. Cash is not accepted.

Please note: Tickets are not available to purchase at the arena box office on the first day of the general public on sale for non-Wild events (i.e., concerts, family shows). During this time, tickets may be purchased online at SeatGeek.com. Any remaining tickets following the first day of the general public ticket sales will be available for purchase at the box office on the next business day the box office is open.

Mobile Entry / Digital Tickets: Grand Casino Arena events use digital tickets for mobile entry to access the arena. Mobile tickets are like an airline boarding pass which can be accessed with a smartphone via the SeatGeek app or mobile site in a bar code format and scanned at the gate for entry.

When you arrive at the gate, our guest services staff will scan the ticket’s barcode straight from your smart phone, rather than a piece of paper. Screen shots will not be valid for entry.

We recommend accessing your tickets through the Minnesota Wild App, but you can also access your tickets through SeatGeek.com or the SeatGeek App.
Gift Cards: Gift Cards are currently not available.

Consumer Warning: The only authorized ticket sales agents for Grand Casino Arena events are the Grand Casino Arena Box Office, Grand Casino Arena Sales Department and SeatGeek. Tickets purchased from any other source may not be valid. Grand Casino Arena is not able to honor, replace or refund invalid tickets. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (scalper, ticket broker, eBay, Craigslist, StubHub, etc.), you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.
