This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of phones, smart watches and accessories will not be permitted in the performance space.

Upon arrival at the venue, all phones, smart watches and accessories will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times, and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free experience.

Guests with GA Floor tickets must enter through Gate 1.

The GA wristband process is optional. Guests who choose to participate may arrive between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. to receive a wristband, then must leave campus and return at their assigned time to line up. Guests who return late will forfeit their place in line.

Wristbands are issued one per ticket holder and cannot be picked up for others. Wristbands must remain intact and will not be replaced if removed, damaged, lost, or misplaced.

Guests who do not participate in the wristband process may arrive beginning at 5 p.m. and join the GA line.

Help support children & adult literacy programs across Minnesota by donating your new or gently used books before the show. Books can be placed in collection bins at Gates 1 & 4 until 9:00 p.m. on Thursday. Preferred genres include children's, fiction, non-fiction, hobby, multilingual, dictionaries, and self-help books. Soft cover books (excluding children's) in good condition are preferred.

For safety and speed of entry, we strongly discourage guests from bringing bags of any kind to events at Grand Casino Arena. Purses no larger than 12” x 12” x 6” are allowed at designated X-ray entry points. This applies to all purses, including clear bags. Backpacks, coolers or large totes are prohibited. Medical and parenting bags are permitted and subject to X-ray screening. Wristlet, clutch or wallets 4” x 6” x 1.5” or smaller are allowed at all entrances and subject to inspection.

Mobile ticketing is the most secure, convenient and flexible way to receive and manage tickets. When you arrive at the gate, our guest services staff will scan the ticket’s barcode straight from your smartphone. Screen shots will not be valid for entry.

We recommend accessing your tickets through the Minnesota Wild app, but you can also access your tickets through SeatGeek.com or the SeatGeek app.

Only credit card and mobile payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) are accepted for concessions, retail and parking transactions. Only credit card payment is accepted for ticket office transactions. Cash is not accepted.
