Changes to MSHSL Boys Hockey Class A Ticketing
The Minnesota State High School League's (MSHSL) Class A Boys Hockey Tournament is changing its ticketing format starting with the tournament this March.
Now, all attendees will need a reserved ticket, which is the same process that Class AA uses. In years past, the MSHSL Class A Boys Hockey State Tournament has sold general admission tickets.
No changes will be made to the MSHSL Boys Hockey Class AA State Tournament, or the MSHSL Girls Hockey State Tournaments, both Class A and AA.
Boys Hockey State Tournament ticket information will be posted on grandcasinoarena.com starting Monday, February 23 at 10 a.m.
Tickets are $20 for adults and $13 for students. Ages two years to 12th grade are considered students. Everyone else is an adult. There will be a limit of eight tickets when purchased online and four at the box office.
Schools that advance to the tournament will get a presale code to purchase tickets for their seats. Once that window closes, online sales on Ticketmaster.com begin. The remaining tickets are sold in-person at the Grand Casino Arena Box Office starting one hour before the first session each day.

Grand Casino Arena expects tickets will be available for Class A action at the box office. Class AA will likely sell out. If all schools sell out of their allotment and there are not tickets available for the general public on sale, a limited number will be available for standing room only through the box office.
The Class A MSHSL Boys Hockey State Tournament begins Wednesday, March 4 and runs through Saturday, March 7. The Class AA tournament runs from Thursday, March 5 through Saturday, March 7.
